They have done a great job handling the repairs to an aging 90 Infiniti Q45. They have saved me significant moolah by doing things when I feared my only alternative to have the car serviced competently was an Infiniti dealership; which ain't cheap in any way, shape or form. One more than one occasion, if I'm having a problem, I drive in and Jeff will look at it on the spot. If those things are minor, there's no charge. Otherwise, I believe I'm getting a fair price. Especially after going to Infiniti dealers for the first 3 years.

My 2002 Spec-V broke down. The dealership in the eastern part of Charlotte (ahem) diagnosed it with a bad ecu and a bad wiring harness and suggested that I pay them $2,300.00+ to fix it. Luckily, an engineer friend told me that their story was fishy, so I found Nisstech... and I'm glad I did. It turns out that there were a few shorts in the wiring harness; Nisstech cleaned and fixed the problem wires. My ecu was fine. I paid for labor only. The kicker: the aforementioned dealership had installed a new engine for me 5 or 6 months before the instant problem arose. The dealership crunched the wires under the engine, causing the shorts. I couldn't recommend Nisstech more highly. These guys are friendly, trustworthy and fix cars in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I won't take my car anywhere else.
