William Foster is the owner and chief mechanic of his shop. William is a fine Christian gentleman who used to work for one of the "Big Three" in a local dealership, but became very dissatisfied with the way that management was ripping people off. So, he left and opened his own shop with competent and honest mechanics. William listens to the description of the problem, and then proceeds to diagnose the problem. He then calls to give you an estimate of the repairs. Should the repair yield something unusual or beyond what he estimated, he calls again to let you know of the development. Most of all, however, William stands by his work 100%. I travel approximately 65 miles to his shop for ALL of my repairs and service. Everyone in my office uses William for their work as well. He is fair, honest, competent, reliable and a gentleman. Please don't tell a soul: it's hard enough to get an appointment with him as it is now!!! If YOU GUYS say anything about him, I'll NEVER be able to get a tune up on time . . . .

The owner takes time to listen to the problem...explain it to you...and fix it correctly the first time. Will check everything out. I had to have a spring and seal replaced in my transmission and he explained to me what the spring did...how long it would take...took the time to set up an appointment for me. I called the shop at 8 pm one night and he explained to me what he was going to do to fix it and the other things he was going to check for me. Very very nice guy and the only thing that his secretary does is take the money. He calls to tell you the car is ready and gives resonable estimates. The shop is incredibly busy because the owner has a great deal of business, but he works hard and fast to get the job done in a timely fashion.
