I have always taken my cars in to Triad Auto for the past 4 years. My parents have also taken there cars in for the past 20 years!!! This is by far the best place in town if you have a honda.

Not only can Craig fix cars, he can drive well also. He is a multitime state and local club class champion in autocross/soloII. Those parkinglot events between the traffic cones. He can tell you how to hotrod your Honda and how to get the most out of driving it.

The folks at Triad Auto replaced an engine in my '86 Honda Civic with a used Japanese engine. After 2 weeks the engine that they put in smoked as bad as my first one. They put in a different "used" engine and charged me zilch! I don't like to use the word trustworthy in the same sentance as automobile mechanic but in this case it's true!

They're located far from my home, but I might just move closer to them just because they're so friggin' good!

My wife and I had Honda's before we were married and Triad was the place they were serviced. Since we have been married there has been only one vihicle that was not a Honda and they gave me a reference to a friend machanic to help me service it. Over the 17 years of using Triad, they have continued to do a great job in customer service and in repairing my vehicles. We have refered our parents, neighbors, and friends and they all have enjoyed Triad's service. Thanks Triad for a job always well done.

I bought my Acura in 1992 and Triad Auto has worked on my car ever since. They have always been fair, honest and very communicative in all phases of my repairs. My old heap now has 342,000 original miles on it thanks to them. I guess I can brag at having the highest mileage original engined Integra in town. I am determined to hit 400,000 miles. It has only had one clutch job too. I will never have one this good again! A couple of things over the years come to mind when thinking of their service. Several years ago they worked on my starter and about a 2 years later the cable to the starter deteriorated and sort of "cooked" itself and had to be replaced. Terry, the owner, said he could not rule out that maybe they had not tightened down the cable when they had worked on in previously, and felt that I should not pay for the full repair. We split the bill. I have never had a shop do that before. Another thing I really like is the phone support. They will help you to save repair costs by doing some of your own trouble shooting. This really helps on those intermittent problems that can cost so much to find. Just a few weeks ago Terry helped me trouble shoot a brake booster repair I was going to make myself. He took the time to help ME FIX MY OWN CAR. Find that at the dealership! Terry go me a few hints and off I went. Now I do not expect this from him, but after a decade of working on my beast, now nearing its end, he cuts me a break. I am sure he helps others that have little "mechanic" in them too. As a rule I do my own brake jobs, oil changes, and such. I draw the line at half-shafts, transmission work and anything I am just scared to tackle. It is nice to know Terry might pass along a hint or help me decide if a particular job is too much for me attempt. He always know he get the big jobs. Terry and his staff are the best you are going to find for your Acura or Honda and you will gain some new friends too!

I have only owned Honda cars and anytime I need a oil change or major repair I go to them because they do it right the first time and the staff is very knowlegeable and friendly. Thier prices are a little higher than most but when your car is pushing 200,000 miles I think it is worth the extra money. Because hey, a new car is way more expensive than a repair. They always get me in and get me out and I appreciate that the most!

These guys are so good. They only work on Hondas and Acuras, and they do an outstanding job on my '85 Civic (261,000 miles.) When it finally dies, I will have to consider buying another Honda simply because I know I will have the best mechanics around.
