This shop is owned by three or four generations of the same family and they are incredible!! They treat women as intelligent human beings. They are very thorough and clear in their explanations. They knock themselves out to help a customer finance any necessary repairs. They are always ready to help you get transport to the service center. They will even make home visits. They are the most super people - every single employee as well as the owners. If they make a service call and it turns out to be something really easy, you almost have force them to let you pay them. They are the absolute epitome of the totally honest small town automotive repair center. They will diagnose just what you need and will refer you to other super, honest repair people if it is something they would prefer not to do themselves. This action also provides steady income and repair work for a number of very honest and wonderful small repair shops in town. I am convinced that the referrals are deliberate and well meaning, as well as being jobs that are more time consuming than they choose to handle. I cannot say enough good about this company. I frequently sit and wait for my repairs to be done, and I have overheard their dealings with other customers and they all bear out my opinions on them as stated. I hope everyone in the area finds their way to this incredible company.

3 generations on site, which enables them to speak with any of my family members. They are there for you. I have showed up on a Saturday 5 minutes after closing with a tire going flat, and they have stayed to fix it. If they can not repair your problem, they will refer you to another mechanic who can. We always go to them first.
