Mr. Wardlaw is a retired SF Sergeant Major. Although it's a transmission shop, they'll pretty much work on anything. Interesting part is if they don't know how to fix something, they'll go to the public library and borrow the tech manual and figure it out. The guy is so well known and respected, that he does not advertise. He's not in the yellow pages at all. I take my older car there (93 Taurus) whenever something needs done that I can't do. He's done front-end work (replace control arms and sway-bar link assemblies), brakes, and a switch in the sterring column on the Taurus. He's a straight-shooter.
