This rating is for the Collision Center ONLY. My only experience with Rick Hendrick Collision has been getting a one foot by four inch scratch on a door repaired. The shop is affiliated with an Enterprise car rental facility -- they are in the same building -- and is on a street where at least two bus routes go by every 15-30 minutes. The work was EXCELLENT. It honestly looks like they put on a new car door instead of repairing the scratch. I found the receptionists and management to be very courteous and professional. From my experience, they were honest and sincere. I dealt with the shop and my insurance company and it all worked seamlessly. The shop accepted my insurance damage adjuster's estimate of cost so I only had to pay the deductible and sign the insurance check.

I have only been to Rick Hendrick once, but I was very impressed with their service department. Yesterday evening my trac off light turned on, my speedometer stopped working, and my car seemed stuck in a low gear. I don't have any allegiance to a mechanic here, so I called Rick Hendrick at 7:30AM. They were courteous on the phone and said I could bring my car right over. When I dropped off my car, I was advised that it might take a while to properly diagnose my car so I could either wait or take their complementary shuttle service. I opted for the latter and only waited a minute before the driver took me home. Mike, the mechanic, called me later in the day to say that my car was fixed. He clearly explained what had happened to my car - the speed sensor located near the oil filter had been accidentally disconnected during my recent oil change elsewhere. He also advised me that the next time I go for an oil change I have a few other things looked at. He was not pushy nor did he try to convince me that I needed my tires aligned right away, etc. There were no hidden charges, just the diagnostic fee, and the shuttle service promptly picked me back up.
