Mike Cole is so honest and fair to his customers. He will not even charge you for checking something out, if he can't find anything wrong with the auto. He goes out of his way to be helpful and will glading explain anything you need more information. You can talk to him directly, if needed, not like having many people in a big shop who many times don't care personally about your car or your business, whereas Mike does because he knows the service he gives you will bring you back or refer him to others. I have personally referred him to many of my friends and they too have been equally pleased with his work. His crew are great too and pleasant, so all in all its a great place to have your car worked on. I highly recommend it!!

I needed someone to look over a 1990 Jeep Wagoneer I was thinking about buying and these guys were great!! They showed me what was wrong with the SUV, how the dealership had tried to hide the problems, and did NOT charge me a dime after 30min of their time. Very honest, upfront and nice people to deal with. The next time I have any car trouble I will be going to this shop!!

This shop is owned by a husband and wife, very personable, extremely honest. They even drove me home and picked me up because they thought it was too hot for me to walk! Mike really knows his stuff, and will tell you if he can't fix it. Best mechanic I've been to. Didn't get the highest for fixing it right the first time, only because my car is so decrepit that no one could possibly fix it completely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I highly recommend Mike Cole for any of your auto needs. He is one of the finest men I have ever met. He is not your average mechanic. He always goes beyond his call of duty too satisfy his customers. We are very fortunate to have such a person located in our community.

I was very impressed by how honest and helpful the owner was - for example, he gave me directions to another place I could walk to that could sell me coolant cheaper than he could. Another time he told me what my options were for fixing my car, and emphasized that I could put off repairing a non-dangerous noise if I wanted to save money. I came here after becoming dissatisfied with a different shop I thought was taking advantage of my ignorance and overcharging me, so I don't think these things about everyone. If this place has any problems, it's that they don't do the required annual state inspection. But it's wonderful!

My Mercury Mystique had a transmission failure at approximately 52,000 miles. The dealership where I bought the car, Michael Jordan Lincoln Mercury, could not work on it because they did not have a trained transmission mechanic. They offered to replace the transmission for $2000+ but not actually determine the cause of the failure. I took my vehicle to Cole's. After lots of trial and error, Mike was able to fix it and now it runs better than new. Mike concluded that a lot of the problem stemmed from a Ford engineering design error. Mike was persistent and patient. He expained everything to me and I always felt I was part of the decision process.

I really enjoy Mike's stories about other problems he has worked hard to understand and diagnose. Honest, friendly, skilled.

Mike is fantastic! I brought my old '92 Geo to him four times over the past two years and though he fixed it every time, he only charged me for repairs twice! He's been wonderful about looking at the car as soon as I call him and getting back to me very, very quickly -- usually with things taken car of in the timeframe a normal repair shop would have used just to look at the car and identify a problem. I'm very sad to be moving out of the area because I don't imagine ever having as great a relationship of trust and responsiveness as I've had at Cole's.
