I have used this shop several times to save travel time to my regular mechanic who is usually too busy to handle my needs. I ventured into this shop just to try them out.My first venture was to replace rear struts on my '90 Corolla. The tire shops wanted between $350-$600 parts and labor to do this job. Jessie's said he would charge me $80 plus the cost of the struts(his cost). My total cost for this job was $160 plus tax, a savings of over 50% off of the other quotes I got. The work was excellent. The second repair was to replace plugs and wires on my '91 Toyota Previa. Lots of labor since the front passenger seat had to be removed to access the engine block. The mechanic charged me only $40 plus parts(which I bought). The work was excellent. This was a savings of over 50% that anyone else would have charged. I don't know if they can do highly technical work, but if they can their prices would be far lower than probably anyone else's.Most of the mechanics(of which there are several) are independent and just rent space from Jessie to do the repairs. The third repair was to install front wipers on my '91 Previa. This work was good.Based on my experience, I would recommend them for most repairs.
