Russ is a terrific technician. How many guys have you visited who have honestly told you " you dont need a tune up, your cars running fine"? This guy's great. The work that he's done for me has been superb, and he repairs *only* whats needed, unlike dealerships.

After years of going to the dealership for service, I'm thrilled I found Russ (and the rest of his crew). He took great care of me. His recommended repairs cost me one- fifth of what the dealership quoted me for their much longer list of recommended repairs. Awesome. Family operation.

Sheesh, guys, you need a better computer program. Swedish Garage (The)= The Sweedish Garage = The Swedish Garage. Anyway, Russ is knowledgeable, honest and very competent. He will explain, he will call, he will give you options. He loves working on Saabs and he has hired some great mechanics from the decrepit local dealership. (Take a look at the dealership's "review," is it obvious or not that they filled that out themselves! Saab corp even agreed to partially reimburse me for warranty work that Russ did because the dealership is so backed up you have to get an appt three weeks in advance to get your car inspected.) Family owned business, they care that you are satisfied, will give you a ride to your office. Their new place is less than five minutes from downtown Charlotte.

Russ and Kathy and the rest of the crew at the Swedish Garage take pride and complete ownership in their craftsmanship of SAAB repairs. It's no wonder they are the fastest growing and only truly SAAB mechanic in Charlotte - no one even comes close to them! They are honest, reliable, and determined to make every customer feel appreciated and important. I wouldn't dream of taking my 900 Sassy SE anywhere else!

Russ and his crew including front office ladies are very competent and professional. The price is well belove what the local dealer charges for the parts and service. Their annual Saab Ownwers Party is a BLAST !!

Have used Swedish Garage ever since I moved to the area for my 90 Saab 900 Turbo. I respect Russ and his family garage through all my dealings with them. My only regret is that I do not have my Saab in the local area anymore and therefore have not had to visit his garage lately. Great people and great, honest service. A-Plus!

Took my 9-5 to them with a coolant leak. Russ took time without an appointment, explained the problem, and then told me it was something that was covered under warranty and if it was him he would just take it to the dealership. Very honest and nice guy

Russ and his crew have worked on both of my Saabs. They work hard to diagnose the problems, including spending a lot of time figuring out and correcting an intermittent problem on my 9000. Prices are honest, and service is quick. What a great crew! I've moved to Raleigh, and am now trying to find a mechanic this good.
