This is an old-line, no-frills shop. You won't get computerized histories, spotless and gleaming work areas, a comfy waiting area with coffee and donuts, suited personal representatives, or branded protection floor mats. You will get quality work, done right the first time, at a good price. I've been going to Barnes for about 8 years now,and have never had to return for the same problem. Personnel turnover is almost non-existent, so you will probably see the same mechanic(s) each time, and they stand behind their work. The mechanics at Barnes know what they are doing, and really do care that they get things right. Don't be put off by appearances. Barnes is located just off Lystra Rd, a couple miles from 15-501.

These guys are as honest as it gets. I took my car there becuase I heard a rattling noise and thought the suspension might be going. They checked it out within minutes of me arriving, and told me that it was just the lid of the trunk rattling. I highly recommend this shop, especially if you aren't sure about something.
