I have found that car dealerships are either the worst or the best. These guys are the best. They have not screwed up (yet?), they are honest, reasonable, and take the time to explain the issue to a lady. They happily tell me what was done when and remind me when I will be needing some kind of maintenance coming up. They have kept my 150,000+ mile car running like new and are mostly very pleasant and personable. They have just totally revamped the repair shop and put a woman out at the front desk and the shop behind closed doors. I don't think I like that but as long as they keep providing the same great service, I guess I can deal with change. They probably needed a break from me peeking in on them anyway. The one time they had to keep my car overnight, they helped me arrange for a rental which they don't usually do but they take good care of their customers. They tell me they have customers that drive in from all over the state and I drive in the 60 miles for an oil change or maintenance because I trust them. If and when I am ready to part with my old car, I will start shopping with them first.
