Has anyone ever been in a tire shop for new tires in under 10 minutes? We were strangers in town, and this shop was recommended to us. Now we know why. The business doesn't look like much, and the men running it seemed like stereotypical western semi-rural North Carolinians. But there was nothing ordinary about the service we got. This place is run like a pit stop at NASCAR, as if the world depends on total efficiency, maximum effect in minumum time, every minute. We drove up. One man came out of the office and talked to us, explaining everything we needed to know, while another took off our bum tires. Another guy appeared, with no discernible communication having taken place, and the two of them took one tire each to the balancing machine. The front man went with us to the balancing machine to make it clear what we needed and why. Meanwhile another man, who was obviously the human computer of the business, came over to give an immediate read-out from his memorized list the information about just what tires to buy and how much they cost. New tires were produced; they were balanced and installed while yet another guy checked us out. We left amazed, in possession of new tires, the rest of our day, complete confidence of a job very well done, and a great story. Makes me almost want to puncture a tire just to get to go there again.

I have used Reece Tires for years and have never been unhappy with their services; amazing to go in to have tires rotated and be on my way in less than 10 minutes or to go in for new tires and be told don't need them yet - to give my tires another few thousand miles and check back.
