I have used Crawford's for 11 years now for service on 4 different vehicles.

They are not the cheapest place in town, but very trustworthy and do good work. Once, they saved me possibly thousands of dollars when I have them check out a used Acura I wanted to buy. The CarFax report was clean, but they were able to show me where it had been wrecked before. I asked them if they would buy the car, and they said No, so I didn't. They can sometimes be a bit slow on repairs because they have so much work.

Very Trust Worthy. They treat my wife the same way they treat me, kindly. They are experts and fix what needs to be fixed. They fix what is broken.

Great, great auto shop. VERY trustworthy, and excellent mechanics. A friend (actually my boss at the time) got an estimate from somewhere else for work on their Explorer - pretty spendy! Took it to Crawfords, and they told her the truth - no work needed, everything fine, repairs unnecessary. Charged her a few bucks for their time. She said she felt like tipping them! I remember her first remark "Those guys are HONEST!" They saved her about 600 bucks and of course it didn't cross their minds to take advantage of her. Top notch, first class guys all the way around. Very friendly, never talk down to customers. Will explain options if you cannot have all work done at once. Will help you save money - I had a small repair (leaky fuel hose) and Randall Crawford (owner) suggested I could do it myself - he'd do it if I wanted him to, but the least expensive route was for me to do it myself (which I did). Their labor costs are not the least expensive in town, but they are worth it. No convenient public transit, but that's true throughout Wake County. Awesome auto repair shop. Can't say enough good about them.

The entire team at Crawford Complete Auto is top notch. I am a woman on my own, and have entrusted my car's care to the team at Crawford's. I totally trust Randall, Jason, and the team to give me the information and care that's necessary to keep my car running reliably. Readers should understand that I said Crawford provides the best care, which translates into the best available parts and service delivered with honesty and respect. It does not mean they make "dirt cheap" repairs. Their work comes with a warranty, and they WILL make time to correct any mistakes and will provide an explanation. Service is prompt, friendly, and always served up with a smile. -And occasionally includes some of the best conversation to be engaged in anywhere. It'd be harder than a woodpecker's lips <wink> to find better service anywhere else.
