We have used this shop for things ranging from removing stuck spark plug boots to replacing a transmission and have always been happy with Jim's price and speed. He is honest and will tell you when something is not worth fixing. Its nice having a shop that we can drop off and pick up vehicles before and after hours. He calls with estimates before starting and is always close if not right on the price. I would recomend Jim's shop to anyone that is tired of not trusting garages.

Jim Ford, the owner, owns a Yukon and know hows they operate. I can describe a symptom and he usually knows immediately what the problem is. I have never had a problem with his repairs and unlike some garages and dealerships he doesn't do a bunch of repairs that are not needed. He, like me, really likes his Yukon and are very satisfied with the performance and reliability of these vehicles. The sad part for him is that he won't be making a bunch of money off me for repairing my '97 GMC Yukon. I bet he thanks God every night that they make Fords. Gary M.
