Of course there are not too many mechanics in Gardiner Montana, (population about 800 depending on the season) but if you are going to Yellowstone National Park through the original north entrance and have a problem with your vehicle, you can trust these guys. I am a local and prefer to go to them rather than someone in the big city of Bozeman or somewhere like that. The best thing about these guys is how they will go out of their way to help you out even if you are buying just a windshield wiper. Of course they are pretty small with only two bays, and three employees so they can get pretty overwhelmed by the big time summer traffic, and the problems that cross country travel can cause a vehicle, but you can count on honesty and effort.

Being the only mechanic/tire shop in Gardiner, they can charge higher prices. Not much for customer service. They do fix tires quickly. I've had to go there several times and beside the higher prices, the only problem I have had is they patched over a nail stuck in a tire. I had to get the tire repaired in another town.
