I have dealt with 10 or 15 shops in the past 30 years, and Safeway Tire, is by far and away the most honest, friendly, compentent and reasonably price I have ever used. The shop I used prior to finding Safeway seemed to always find expense problems every time I took my car in. The cost of repairs at Safeway have always been less than I expect, and on more than one occasion they have recommended that I not make an expensive repair. They are the best!!!

Made a repair on shock absorbers that didn't really fix the entire problem because they missed checking bushings in the same areas. The bushings were bad and needed to be replaced. I was not charged for the extra labor of going back in and fixing them because they agreed that they have checked them the first time.

I have been taking my cars to Safeway since I started driving 12 years ago. They are very friendly and always know me by name even when I call in. They only suggest additional repairs for things that truly need to be fixed and will explain the repairs if I ask. I trust them with my car and have moved farther away in the last year and still go to their shop.

These are neighbors serving the neighborhood. I have had several cars serviced by them, tires replaced, tires serviced due to road hazard, never had a second conversation about service or quality. No donuts, but they do have fresh coffee.
