Jack Brown is a nice guy, a family man, and honest. His hobby is building street hot rods, and there is usually one around the facility. He has loved cars all his life. He has his own tow truck, and takes AAA. He has taken car of our family's 3 cars for 15 years, and we've always been 100% satisfied. He's not the absolute cheapest shop, but is reasonable. More importantly, he does it right the first time, and shows you what needs to be done. If I'm going to be late that night, he takes my credit card over the phone, and leaves the car locked on the parking lot. I then come by with my extra key and drive home.

We lived in St. Louis for 6 years and took our vehicles to Jack the whole time. Jack & his men are very competent and anxiuos to please the customer. Once I became a regular customer Jack would move other work aside if I came in with an emergency or simple problem. I cannot remember reaching the end of the appointed day to find that he was unable to finish the work. Jack communicates freely and effectively, checking with the customer before beginning the work. His honest, hardworking approach to his profession has provided him with a loyal following.
