Took a Ford Country Squire to the Ford dealer with a vaccum leak that effected the climate controls. Four hours and $240 later, the mechanic had still not pinpointed the leak. I took the car to Don's and he made the repair for $25. Brought my Ford LTD to Don's with a major engine problem. Don's said that the engine needed to be overhalled but he didn't rebuild engines at his shop and recommended taking it to the dealer. He gave me an extensive printout of what had been checked and what he had found. When I asked what I owed for his effort, he said there would be no charge since he couldn't fix the car.

Dons Automotive is the only place I take my cars. I have 2 Dodge Caravans and six children to transport. I trust Dons to do only the work that is needed, in a timely manner, and at a competitive price. If they tell me something needs to be done, I believe them and have never felt that I or my wife have been led to do unnecessary work. They go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Many times we have brought our vans in to be checked-out before a long trip and they have performed this service at "no charge". Simple items like replacing belts, light bulbs etc. do not empty our wallets. We would be lost if Dons ever went out-o

they gave me a price to repair my car that i agreed to @ when i picked it up the price was less . they said it did not take as long as they thought to fix it i was impressed

My entire family goes to Don's. There is not another mechanic that I would trust with my car. Not only are they honest, but they will tell you exactly what is wrong and let you know how much it will be and how long it will take. They don't over book and push people back. I feel like everyone is a priority. I have had a variety of makes and models over the years and they have competently fixed all of them!
