Fair Grove is a small town, so no, there is no shuttle, buses etc...usually you have a neighbor or friend to help you out for a ride home....or whatever... I felt I needed new tires on my 13 year old Honda, ricky (owner) looked at the tires, and assured me I had many more miles left on them.....So a couple years down the road, I came in for tires, I wanted a specific kind, and he had to order them, and also told him I wanted a alighnment... Well, when they did the alighnment, I don't remember all the details, but he pointed out this and that was wrong and it would cost X# of dollars for this an that...and at one point, he also said, "Now this item (whatevber it was) will cost so much, and if it was me, I would not worry about it, cause sometimes the benefits you get from this is not worth the money you will spend for it...but if you want it, we will put it in for you" Now the price for those parts were terrible...remember this is a Honda.... I went along with his idea, to forget that one lil goodie... Anyhow after getting those tires, I started having tire trouble, I was constantly putting air in theose new tires... One day I walked out from work and the back tire was almost flat....I got some air in it, and drove the 16 miles to his shop, just about as he was closing the door...I asked him if he would fix it...."no, wouldn't do it for anybody but you, and he fixed it...." said it had a slow leak and the bead was leaking in that spot.... I kept having low tires, first one then another....I finally called him, and told him, I have been having nothing but trouble since I got these tires from you, I dont know if they weren't mounted right or what, but something is wrong....So I took the car back iin, and they remounted all the tires....I did have one tire that had a nail in it, and they charged me for that one, but I was not charged for the rest of them...And they told me that the bead on the one back tire (that ricky had fixed for me that one night) that was really a mess, horrible job...well, I could understand that, as he fixed it for me, when he was ready to close the door for the night...And I'm sure they like to get home, as much as I do.... their rates are resonable, they have the latest equipment, they work on everything, it is a good atmosphere, my only complaint with this place, is the fact that they are so busy, its hard to get a car in there for work unless you are the first one there in the morning....and some of us are just like you guys...late sleepers... I have heard they don't work on radios....but other then that, they cover just about everything...
