I was about to repair the transmission but took it here for 4th opinion. They checked my symptoms w/ Toyota and found the true cause. It was a situational problem, so I had a fluid change, plus other work I needed, and avoided a $2000 tranny repair. 10% discount for educators. Owner's and my daughters are friends so that's a good thing.

We've been to them several times. Always straight with us. Explained repairs and any alternatives. So, we referred a single neighbor-lady to have them inspect a car she wanted to buy from another neighbor. They spent 4 hours inspecting it over 2 days, found a stuck rear brake caliper and fixed it. Result: car "passed" fine and NO charges. Now THESE guys know how to attract long-term customers!
