This is a real great place to take your Volvo for maintenance or repair. It is a small family run business, but none the less very professional. They always take the time to explain any problem to whatever detail that you are interested to know. Two brothers Paul and Michael run the shop and they knwo Volvos like the back of their hands. Paul has been working on Volvos for more years than his age would suggest and has developed excellent diagnostic skills. I do some of the lighter work on my cars and get great advice from these guys when needed. I have never had them suggest any repair that not required. Pricing is fair and reasonable. When you consider the experiece and skills that these guys have, it will be hard to find a better value for your repair dollar.

Paul is awesome! My husband is a mechanic in Washington and doesn't get to work on Volvos all that often even though I drive one and have become addicted to Volvos. (This is my second Volvo after the first one was rearended by a texting teenager.) So when he can't figure out what's going on with my wonderful Volvo, we call Paul at University for some troubleshooting assistance. Paul is always very helpful and quick to diagnose or suggest what the problem is, and if my husband will be able to fix it or if I need to bring it to him, instead, for the specialty fixes, like software issues. One time he even offered to drive the 2 hours to our shop one Saturday just to see what was going wrong! Now that is going beyond the call of duty! As with all Volvos, I have only had three issues with my two cars that turned out to be the routine regular hiccups that occur in most Volvos. And every time Paul and University have treated me great! Great service and reasonable honest pricing make University the only place I would EVER suggest to take a Volvo for repairs or service. They are the best cars ever made, but when something comes up, you need a professional who will get you back on the road asap!
