The two times that I have been there I was very satisfied with the results. They are friendly guys to work with and take the time to explain to you the problem and different solutions. They don't try to scare you into thinking that your car is going to break down the minute that you leave the shop if you are not able to fix it right then. Their prices were far less than any other repair shops that I called for the same work (some shops quoted me anywhere from 2X-10X the price that Dale's quoted me.

The two times that I have been there I was very happy with the service that received and would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their car. the prices they quoted me were far less than any other place that I called and they fixed the problem the first time on both occasions.

My truck stopped running so I had to have it towed. I picked Dale's because it was close and I am new to town. Long story short . . . I was told by several places over the phone that the fuel pump had gone bad and it would cost around $800 to fix. Dale's quote was lower (about $650), which also swayed my opinion, but they also told me they would be very surprised if this were the issue. They kept the vehicle overnight and called the next day to tell me that the vehicle started with no issues and they couldn't get it NOT to start. I picked it up, expecting to be charge for their time, and was told they there would be no charge. Incredible. I thought those days were long gone. Strongly recommend these guys. Steve
