This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a mechanic. I brought my car in for and oil change and as I was leaving the guy who had done my oil change mentioned that if felt like something was loose in the front and I should bring it back in. When I went back they checked it out for free and then told me I needed new struts and two control arm bushings. Due to the ripe age of my vehicle they no longer made the control arm bushings. I was told by Rob that since it was Sunday he would not be able to find the control arm bushings until Monday. I asked him if he really thought he would be able to get them since they didn't make them anymore and let him know that I did not want to do the struts if we were then going to find out that he could not get the control arm bushings. He assured me that he would be able to find them and he would call me Monday, Tuesday at the latest with the information. Forward two weeks later, having not heard from Tires Plus I called them to find out if they had found the part. I was later called back to let me know that they could not find the control arm bushings separately and I would have to replace both control arms. When I mentioned to Rob that he had told me that he was sure he would be able to find them he just said unapologetic-ally that he couldn't. I will never go back again and feel that I was given horrible advice because they wanted to get me to pay for the struts. Furthermore they didn't even acknowledge their mistake.
