We had a vehicle that in 4 visits to the dealer, they were unable to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. One trip to PJW and the problem was solved. I have never seen a shop stand behind their work the way that PJW does. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I recommend PJW with no reservations what so ever.

They are stand-up guys, straight shooters. They fix what needs to be fixed, let you know (and approve) anything unexpected, and they stand behind their work better than any shop I've dealt with. Tom is a master with Subaru's.

We had a "summer inspection" done on a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan. They noted the issue or none issues and took the time to explain what may need to be fixed down the line. What wonderful customer service.

We started going to PJW at least 20 years ago when my father-in-law recommended them, and he was not an easy man to please in this regard. Pat and the crew at PJW are great at everything from routine maintenance to getting a stuck key out of the ignition without taking apart the steering column. They always explain what they have done in detail, are straight forward and honest, and charge fairly. I recommend them without reservation.
