THEY ALWAYS TELL YOU IF YOU WILL NEED SOME REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE AND NOT JUST DO IT.

I've been taking cars to this place for service for many years and have always been well satisfied with the prices, general customer service, quality of repairs and anything else you can think of. They open early enough in the morning that you can drop off your car before work and are open late enough that you can pick it up in the evening after work. They're even open on Saturdays!!! They have a few loaner cars available if you can't make other arrangements while your car is in for repairs, and the loaners are in much better condition than what I've seen from some other places...no limos, but reliable transportation that you won't be embarrassed to be seen in. I brag these guys up every chance I get because they are honest, hard-working, and they've never fed me a line of bull about anything. I want them to stay in business so they can continue to work on my cars.

I agree completely with the customer whose comment is a good-sized paragraph, but let me add a few things. They can work on anything: even my '66 Galaxie 2-dr hdtp and my '65 Fury convert, not just the newer stuff. On 3 seperate occasions I asked them what their experience had been with specific models when I was used-car shopping so I would have some idea of what to expect and maybe what to avoid. The last two times I took the prospective vehicles to them for a complete inspection before purchase and came away with some good information to use as bargaining power with the dealer or to get things fixed as part of the purchase. If you're looking for a second opinion before buying a used car, I highly recommend their service...it's not free, but it could save you some expensive headaches. They really ARE great bunch of guys!

I have taken several different cars including from work & my kids for service & repair for 10-15 years. Conrad, Mark & the rest of the group are honest and fair. They take the time to explain what needs to be done & what it is going to cost. They also remind me of upcoming services needs which is helpful because I am mechanically impaired.

They examine the car and let you know about possible future repairs. They tell you about what they found, like what the tire presure was on each tire.
