These guys are the best! At this point I would not even consider taking one of our cars (we have four counting my children's cars) anywhere else. We have a Dodge Dakota (2001), Toyota Avalon(2004),Volvo S-60 (2001) and a Lincoln Continental(1999). Last year a ball joint was repalced on my son's Lincoln. Ten months later (May this year) I took it in for a regular oil change and mentioned a noise I was hearing on occasion. They checked it out and called me back; the ball joint they had replaced had good bad! Right away, Mike (service manager) told me it would be fixed that day -- no charge! That is typical of their service. My wife's Avalon was in for a regular maintenance and they saw where someone had left a major scuff mark on her fender about two feet long and six inches wide. They had their body shop buff it out. Looks like new. No charge!! These guys take care of their customers. And if they can't do the work, they tell you and tell you who can. That was the case when the computer in my son's Lincoln went out. They told me which dealer to take it to and then called the dealer to tell them what they had found!
