I had the most splendid surprise today. At a dealer's recommendation, I brought my husband's car to Kremer Spring & Alignment in Inver Grove Heights for some minor repair work (less than $150 worth). Their customer service made me decide I would do business with them in the future. But as startling as that is nowadays, that's not the surprise that floored me. It had come out in casual conversation when I dropped the vehicle off this morning that my husband was serving in Iraq. When I arrived to pick it up this afternoon, they said the job was on them as a thank you for his service to the country. I was flabbergasted. But I never even saw a bill. So, yeah, I'm a fan: good service BEFORE they knew anything about me, then a gracious gift when they found a way to do a patriotic good turn for my husband. So now I'm happily telling lots of people about the company; they deserve some good PR! Here's a link http://www.kremerspring.com/index.html.
