While traveling 7 hours to northern Minnesota for a family vacation, I noticed a grinding noise coming from my left rear tire. I thought for sure I had brake issues and was ready for a large bill. I didn't know a mechanic in the area but found a good review online for Pro-Tow Auto Care. I called on a Tuesday, took my car in first thing Wednesday morning and within a couple hours I received a call that my car was all ready to go. I was shocked. I went in and they told me the problem was with the rear backing plates. They thoroughly explained what they did and showed me the parts they removed. These guys were very kind and respectable. They could have easily sold me new brakes. Instead, I ended up skipping out of the shop after paying a measly $60. I haven't had any further issues with my car and I made it safely back home to Iowa. I would highly recommend this business.
