This repair shop is excellent. I have even had my car there when they have told me that everything is fine, and it does not need repair. They always call prior to working on the vehicle, and they explain what needs to be done and why the repairs need to be made.

Grandview usually does excellent work but they're certainly not the least expensive option. They usually are less than what a metro area dealer would cost you but more than what a smaller shop or outstate dealer would charge. On the plus side the staff is experienced, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no qualms about having any of our cars serviced there but be prepared to spend some money. Note that not all services are provided on site (for example significant engine work/rebuilds and transmission work) and these services tend to cost quite a bit more when done through Grandview versus using a shop which specializes in rebuilds or transmissions.

They aren't always the least expensive game in town but they always do a supurb job and if there's still a problem or you're not satisfied they're more than happy to look at it again without charge. We use them regularly for all four of our cars including foreign and domestic makes and have been extremely satisfied with the service. I see on their website I can now pull up repair and charge history for all of our cars and discount coupons for service and oil changes. Free carwash with every service as well.
