I moved to Lansing, MI from Denver, CO where I had a great relationship with the VW dealer there. The same cannot be said of the VW dealer in Lansing. After hearing me complain for over a year about the sheisters at Williams Automotive a friend recommended Ron's Service Center in Williamston. I am so grateful to have found them. They are professional, they are competent, they are a real pleasure to work with. I have complete confidence that when I drop off my car they will do the work needed, evaluate the car for any additional problems, and charge me fairly. Most recently I took my car in because the right headlight was out. They pulled up my files, saw that they had replaced the light 6 months ago, and replaced it for free -- I was shocked, I didn't expect that level of service, and I vowed then that I would never take my car elsewhere, no matter where I move!

I love this place! They have serviced 3 of our cars for years and have always come through, often finding us ways to save on repairs and never hard selling unneeded things. Great prices on tires too. Helpful with rides and with early drop off, late pick-up, etc. Honest, competent, reliable, reasonable prices, what more could you ask for?
