If you want customer service, this is the place. Everything is explained up frouont in terms that the novice can understand. You're kept involved throughout the repair process. They even tell you to come back before the warranty period expires to have your vehicle checked out under warranty. Joan does goes out of her way to keep the repair affordable. Very female freindly.

Their price was 45% off what the dealer was asking. Due to an unusual combination of circumstances, the car was tied up for 14 days. Estimates were not completed as promised. Car was not ready as promised. Had to take car back due to leak. Aamco reduced bill by about 10% to compensate me for the car being tied up so long.

After 15 months (3 months after the 12 month warranty expired) a transmission-caused Check Engine Light came on. No way I was returning to Aamco. Troy Transmissions estimated it would cost $1866 to rebuild the transmission AGAIN.
