When I needed to run an errand while waiting for my car, the owner let me take his. Very courteous, very honest (you will need this done, and I could do it today, but it will cost you $800 and you are probably good for another 20,000 miles) and I never felt cheated because I'm female.

My problem was that the heat coming out of my vents would only be hot during continuous high RPMs, such as on the freeway, and blew cold air when the RPM's drop, such as when I slow down or stop. I tried another shop who said repairs would cost about $1,000 or more. So I got a second opinion at Fix n' Go. They flushed my radiator and back flushed the heater core. I was very happy because the heat worked excellent, and it only cost $237, not $1,000!! Thenk you to Todd at Fix n' Go who properly diagnosed my car and saved me a lot of money!!
