Craig pretty much runs the show from what I can see and twice now has informed me of lower cost options that i had not previously thought of. for example; i just dropped of my impreza and a clutch kit last week and asked him to replace the clutch. he called and told me that he found some adjustment in the clutch (pedal), did that instead, and charged me a half hour's labor. Most other shops Ive dealt with try and talk you into more service than you need and would have happliy replaced my clutch and charged me 8 hours labor. Thanks to Service Drive; my clutch doesnt slip anymore, I paid $35 total and got to return the $250 clutch kit I had bought! Like I said, this is the second time Craig has saved me money I didnt need to spend and wins a huge honesty award with me.

Craig is a good mechanic, and is usually very fair with his pricing. Although on tough jobs, which require more labor, he charges actual labor rather than the book price. This makes him actually more expensive than going to the dealer in some instances. I cannot complain about the quality of his work though, and more times than not he saves you $$$ over other shops.
