I've been using this shop for about 4 years now. Sometimes they're a little slow on getting it done, but that is because they're always busy. I've rarely ever had to take it back, but if I did, he would fix it right on the spot and get the job done right! Bill rebuilt my carburator on a 1987 Dodge Dakota. Now it runs like a champ. The price was really reasonable too! Our whole family uses his services. He works on all brands, makes, and models.

I am now 27 years old, and I have been a customer of Bill's since I got my first car when I was 16. They are wonderful, and always go above and beyond. If I need my car back asap (as I often do, being a single mom and a full-time student) they do everything possible to get my car back to me extemely fast. These guys are the best! Whenever they give me a quote I call around to check for a better deal, and low-and-behold...they seem to be unbeatable. Affordable, convienent, trustworthy...you just can't go wrong with Bill's. -Amanda W.

You won't find a nicer person or mechanic than Bill, the owner. I once went to his repair facility where I authorized $1200 in repairs when they noticed the frame of the vehicle was unstable. They quit working on the vehicle 1/4 way done, took off the 2 new parts they put on, and did not charge me a dime !! Good work , good service and most important good people . Thank you Bill and Neal . Keep up the good work.

Very trustworthy people !! Neal is an ace for what he does. At first I came in with a GM extended warranty and Neal said leave it to me and repaired my vehicle with no charges to me. He recommended me to take advantage of a good warranty and appreciate what I bought. The car is very thoroughly checked out for common problems and recalls/tech bulletins on such vehicles. Give them a call, feel them out and you will NOT be disappointed. Well , 45,000 miles later, still going strong - and not one penny spent on repairs !!

I felt very comfortable dealing with Bill's Automotive. As a woman I felt they did their best to thoroughly explain the repairs I needed withouth being condescending. They seemed genuinely pleased to have my business and treated me as such. They also came recommended to me by a collision shop in the area as being a reputable shop. I will definitely being taking my vehicle there in the future. - Nikki, Rochester Hills

They low-balled the initial quote and ended up a little expensive, but they did a good job, and it is Subaru in Michigan. I'll go back.

I've been to Bill's for repairs as well as pre-purchase inspections on a couple of used cars. Last week they saved me $2,000 when they found problems on a car I was thinking of buying. They taught me how to REALLY read a Carfax report, sent me to some good websties to search for used cars for sale, and even given me advice on which kinds of cars last and which don't. I haven't compared prices, but if they're more expensive than the average, I'd still go there.
