Over many years my Wife and I have taken our many cars to Paul's. I took my 1st car there because, I had an electrical problem and a technician at the Lincoln Dealer told me that the Dealership was having trouble locating my problem. The Tech said they were going to "send my car to another shop". He said (in confidence) "where they always sent the cars that they either had a problem diagnosing or a problem repairing". He said they "specialized in electrical problems" and "if it was his car he would take his car there". So I did and it was Paul's Automotive. Over the years, I've taken all of my cars there and now so do my children. I have had them tell me to repair and NOT to repair, as the situation was called for. I once came in to have the automatic antenna fixed but, instead I left with a recommendation to have my brakes fixed and my alignment checked (they told me a brake shop could fix my brakes as well and cheaper than they could). I trust them, they treat our cars like they were there own.
