When I first went there, they were resonable enough, so I really tested them by sending my mom there. She knows nothing about cars, and needed an alternator while I wasn't available. They were not cheap, but were reasonable enough, and treated her the same as anyone. Later, they put an engine in my Ford truck. It took quite awhile, but once I got it back, there were on problems. They tend to be quite busy, so same-day repairs are usually rare.

I feel completely confident in sending my wife or daughter to them for their car repairs. Moderately priced and honest.

They told me that I needed new ball joints and it was a safety hazard. The repair was to be $400.00. This did not seem logical because the truck has low mileage. I took the truck to the GM dealer where the technician said the ball joints were perfect. There was no play at all!! The technician asked me why I thought the ball joints needed inspection! This is the second time that I suspected a problem with an expensive repair but the other time (with a different car) I did not get a second opinion.
