I took my 95 Honda Civic there several times while in college, never for the same thing twice (a testament to their good work quality). The main manager, who you speak to at the counter (I think his name is Bob), has always been extremely friendly and helpful in explaining things that I don't know about. Labor prices are very reasonable; cost of parts is a bit high. I recommend buying your own parts ahead of time to save a lot of money if you can. If you can't buy your own parts ahead of time, there is a 10% discount on parts if you are a AAA member. Every repair I had done was done reasonably quickly (within a few hours) and I would recommend this shop to anyone. My only other complaint aside from the higher cost of parts is that one of the mechanics that frequently worked on my car had poorer people skills than his manager, but I let it slide; he's not rude, just a little rough around the edges. I once had a slight problem with work they did and they immediately (literally right away) fixed it when I came back.
