I have known this establishment for over 25 years. Have sold and delivered tools to the mechanics. In spending time with them, understand their concern for their customers and to what great extent they would go to insure their satisfication. They are honest, fair, and will go the extra mile to provide a quality repair. Highly recomended, landmark in the Lansing area.

Utilized this repair facility in the mid 1980's for a muffler problem and was completely satisfied. Very Competitive price, high quality work completed in a timely manner. Needed optional brake work recently and a neighbor recomended MIKE HART,Owner, and JUM PASCH, Mechanic at MEINEKE CAR CARE CENTER. The name sounded familiar and when he mentioned the location I realized that I had been there before. Nothing has changed (other than a few grey hairs) with these two outstanding mechanics. Without any introduction or mention of previous (23 years ago) visits,I requested MIKE evaluate the brake work that I wanted done. After a road-test and yanking off one of the front wheels he announced "you will need break work in the near future but you do not need it today". Needless to say that the work was done, in a superior manner, at a competitive price and in a timely fashion. I only hope these guys stick around for a while.

Once I went to them and said, "I think I need new shock absorbers." They told me that my shocks were just fine. These guys are the best!

I went to this shop where they replaced my brakes. They did a great job, but then I went back for a muffler, and they quoted me a price that was 900 bucks. Went somewhere else where they charged me 150.00 out the door. Good mechanics, but sometimes overpriced.
