I brought my truck in for an alignment - it had all the symptoms. They diagnosed and all it needed was to have the tires rotated and air pressure adjusted. They follow a time schedule and call to discuss any differences they encounter while working on the vehicle. Very honest, fair business.

I had some problems with my Saturn SL2 -- a recommended shop in Chicago told me that the clunking sound would be fixed by $1200 in new struts and strut mounts. I decided to seek a second opinion from the folks at EJ's in Lansing Michigan, whom my parents have relied on for years. After evaluating the problem, they told me that the noise was coming from the exhaust system and the heat shields, and offered to fix it for $19. Even more, they said that while the struts were in fact old and weak, replacement wasn't necessary, and the strut mounts were just fine. I had them replace the struts anyway, for less than $500.

IT'S JUST A LITTLE OLD SHOP, NOTHING TO LOOK AT. THEY CHARGE A FAIR RATE W/ HONEST WORK. THEY CAN PROPABLY DO THIS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THERE STILL GOING TO MAKE A GOOD PROFIT WITHOUT TRYING TO EMPTY OUT YOUR POCKETS
