They always take the time to explain things -- enough to let a total mechanical idiot like me feel like I understand and can make an informed decision. They're quick to tell me when I DON'T need something, and are extremely fair as far as billing goes. They're also frequently around until 6 or later, work evenings when necessary, and work Saturdays. The owner, Matt, even loaned me one of his cars once while both of mine were in the shop.

I've taken my '96 S-10 and '99 Prizm to them and have had great luck. They really are very honest and the price is reasonable. Our office is right next door to O'Donnell's shop and most people I work with seem to take their cars there. I think they're actually open until 8pm many nights. One night I came out of work late to find that my tire was flat. Tried to take it off, but the wheel was rusted onto the studs. One of the mechanics came out late too and saw that I was having trouble. So he volunteered to show me the trick to get the wheel off. (Kick it from behind.) Today I took the Prizm in and they gave me a list of what needed to be done, including what I could wait until later to do. That helped tremendously, since I don't have the money for all the repairs right now. But they can be sure I'll see them again next month!

Mark and Mike are the two guys that usually are at the counter. They greet me by name and treated me like a good friend. They always listen to what I have to say about my car and then ask questions to help pinpoint the cause of the car's problem. They are even helpful if I just call and ask a question. What is best about O'Donnell's is the fact that they are considerate and respectful of their customers. I had them do an oil change on my 1999 Neon and it was CHEAPER than one of those instant places. Plus they noticed that I had a license plate light out and replaced it for me. Today (8/21/2006) I got to met Matt the owner. Mark introduced me a good customer. I feel so comfortable with the O'Donnell's team that they are my shop. I won't go any where else for engine work on car. Keep up the great work guys!
