At first they were recommended to me for the third major substantial transmission rebuild within 24,000 miles. The local ford dealerships were not on our side to repair these ongoing and faulty transmission repairs that they had performed. The owner was honest and said that he knew what the problems were and that he would personally see to it that the transmission was repaired properly. He even got it approve through the After Market Warranty Company while it should have been covered by the Ford 12 month, 12,000 mile service warranty. Wow, is it ever nice to not have a clunking, shrilling and slipping transmission. We now take all of our vehicles there because we trust this family owned business. Thank you Lloyd, Jeff, Corey, Janice and the entire staff for rebuilding our confidence in preventive and urgent automotive service. Dan M. Howell, MI
