We live on a dirt road, so our cars need front end & suspension work more often than most. We have been taking our cars to Kovach's for over 10 years, and have always been satisfied with the diagnosis of the problem as well as the repairs made. This is the only shop that I have trusted enough to send my wife & daughter with their cars, knowing they will be properly repaired. They have always take great care to explain the problem, the work they propose, & give alternatives (where possible). The work has always been completed on time and as promised.

Started getting front end alignments there, have had excellent tires and service that beats the "discount" tire stores.

I have been going to Kovach's for at least 15 years. They are always honest and considerate. I never feel that they are taking advantage of me becaue I'm a woman--unlike so many other automotive-related businesses. I have recommended them to many others. I even turn to them for recommendations to take care of issues that are outside their realm. For the most part, I have been pleased with their referral and when I haven't been, I give them honest feedback. Recently I told them to not refer anyone, especially a woman to a particular accessory shop. It appears that Ken's son Kevin is taking over the business. He treats customers with the same care and consideration that his father has been known for all of these years. I have NEVER had to take my car back because something was not done right the first time. They have consistently found problems not found by the dealer and fixed them more efficiently and at a much more reasonable price. I recommend them without reservation.
