I will miss them now that I recently moved out-of-state. When I moved to Michigan, I found them by asking the police who serviced the police cars. After 13 years, and 140,000 miles, mostly under their care, when my plastic 1988 Plymouth Reliant was rear-ended, no longer road-worthy, and both they and the insurance company had declared it a total, they bought the remains for more than its blue-book value before the collision. (Though always honest, and almost always completely truthful in the past, I suspect a white lie when they said it would enjoy its retirement, on a farm.) Unable to solve an increasingly frequent and intermittent (never failed in their presence) loss of power (top speed under 15mph) in my 2001 Saturn, they didn't charge me for monthly phone consultations, during which they respectfully (contrary to the local Saturn dealership) accepted my recorded observations, and recommended different and improved measurements. The solution will soon be subject of "Stump the Chumps". Over the years, I've recommended them to many of my friends, about a third of whom became loyal customers, and none of whom reported any cause to complain.
