excellent work. always call when diagnosis is complete. honest - often propose alternate (cheaper solutions). 10 times better than any dealer in the area - aviod howard cooper. Very similar to malleks in location and service. Both will often take the time to show me how to fix the car by myself.

Decent service, but pricey on labor. It seems any job is an hour, even if it takes 15 minutes. The also gave me some lame (NAPA) belts that were squeaky after just 10000 miles.

They do great work, are always willing to explain what's wrong in terms that I can understand, and give me all my options. They have no trouble recommending I go with the cheaper solution, when warrented, and have been willing to let me know what I can get away with not fixing and for how long. They also have been great about pointing out possible upcoming problems, how long it might be until they become an issue, and how to recognize the symptoms when they do. When they have to order a part they don't have in stock, they have no problem with me finding a cheaper one. The repairs always come in around the estimated cost, and they call and return calls promptly. And they've been willing to stay a little late when I've been delayed getting out there to pick up my car. You can tell from talking to them that they enjoy what they do. I only wish they were open later/on weekends, but I understand that they have lives too. :)

I always go with Steve F. to fix my car. My e-brake wasn't working and I had gone to the dealership to see what was wrong and they told me that all the breaks were ready to go. It was going to cost a couple hundred to fix. I went to imperial and Steve told me that my other breaks were just fine, and that it wouldn't take much to fix the e- break. That made me a loyal Imperial customer.

I have used Imperial as my primary mechanics for over 25 years. They have worked on a variety of cars for me, both foreign and domestic, and handled a wide variety of problems, and I have always been satisfied with their work.
