If it ain't broke Roy won't fix it. Roy won't charge you for finding out that it ain't broke. Roy usually won't break it. If Roy breaks it he will fix it free.

My only problem with Roy is that he is too busy and it takes too long to get an appointment. I guess that's a symptom of his success.

I brought my pick-up in for a power steering pump replacement. 3 weeks later it is still not fixed. Roy seemed UN-interested in fixing this problem. He replaced the pump but did not work the steering still made a screaming/screeching sound. I called him daily and he always stated "I am working on it"...and at the end of everyday he had done nothing. I called him and asked if it was fixed after not hearing from him for 3 days. He said "I think so" and stated he would check and call me back if it was not working. I did not hear from him and got a ride to the shop (15 miles from my house). I arrived 3 hours after we spoke on the phone and he said "oh I haven't looked at that yet". We started it and it still did not work. He was ready to send me home with it even though it was still not working. This is the WORST service I have EVER received. This type of horrible treatment has gone on for 3 weeks. That's right he has had my truck for 3 weeks and hasn't fixed it. It is like it is too much of a bother for him to look at it. I gave him $400 and he did not fix anything! This is a horrible shop and I have received horrible treatment from them. This shop may be able to fix a flat but I would not trust them with anything else and even then your service will be horrible.
