Sean has aways been honest and dependable with me and with my wife. Something made a loud "klunk" in the front end of her mini-van. She took it to him the next morning. He was able to squeeze it into their schedule to look at it. Sean called me at my office a couple of hours later. Part of the anti-lock brake system had broken. He told us "do not drive" because the brakes could go out at any time. He gave me a quote, and of course I called around to see if I could get a better deal. The next closest price was over twice as much. I told Sean to go ahead and fix it. He had to order the part, but had it Fed-Ex'd in the next day and had the van running in a couple of hours.

I work with Justin all the time when I take my car in for oil changes and any unscheduled maintenance. He has always been willing to lay it on the line for me and let me know my options and let me choose what to do and what not to do. For instance I just took my car in for a fuel line problem and he told me I could run the codes for $40 or smoke the line for $100 and if they cannot find it with one, they can do the other. He told me the possible outcomes and let me make an educated choice on the route I should take. He later called me to discuss the repair and told me the problem and worked the numbers on the phone so I would know what my total for the repair would be if I chose to follow through with it. He also said that the problem was not that serious if I chose to put this repair off. They have treated my wife and mother-in-law very well too. They do not talk down to them nor do they try to slip extra service in when it is not needed. They even charged our card wrong in our favor and when my wife approached them about it, we were told not to worry about it, it was their fault (it was only $9, I have been to some shops that would have tried to get that out of me). I have recommended them to others and have been going to them for almost 2 years as of this review.
