Very honest, very accommodating. They will often instruct you to watch something or recommend a cheaper repair rather than going for the easy surefire fix that may be quite expensive. Nice since the closest BMW dealer is an hour away.

The shop has been known since 1971 to my wife. We returned to the area and remembered to find them to great satisfaction. They advised well on a faltering Volvo which got traded for a Corolla; it goes there exclusively. I tried my '99 Chevrolet Geo, Metro Lsi for lots of stuff and the place has been great in terms of quality and prices with no funny business. The car just pushed past 100K miles; if they can't do special work they recommend who can. Meyer Import Service, a quiet little shop that can do lots, but don't go there because if they get too busy we won't be able to get in!

Very honest and very competent. I took my X5 and my wife's 328i here for the 6 years we lived in the area. They will often read a code and tell you to keep an eye on something - no charge. I even had them put my old part back in and refund the new part that was put in because of a faulty computer code. The closest BMW dealer was an hour away, but even if it was 5 minutes away I would still bring my car here.
