Jim will take the time ( as much as necessary) to explain everything to the customer, and if there is a problem, he is extremely responsive. I moved and I still go out of my way to take all my vehicles to him.

I have dealt with Paul (owner) for over 20+ years. He and his staff are always honest and only fix what needs to be fixed. They have NEVER tried to do work that wasn't needed. Rare to find an automotive shop that you can totally trust.

Very easy and quick to get some work done; friendly cats, too.

Any time I've taken my car here I've had a very good experience. They really know what they're doing. Most of the time I fix my own car unless I feel lazy, and these guys didn't talk down to me or anything. The loaners are a huge plus. All in all a very pleasant place to get your car fixed.
