I found a great, honest, competent, mechanic working at Penzke auto when I was 16 years old. So I followed him when he went over to Kozlowski's Garage. John is highly recommended. It is nice to to know you have a mechanic you can trust to do the job right the first time at a very fair price. Dave Vincent ndvincent@yahoo.com or dealmein@mailandnews.com

My car broke down and towed by Kozloski towing. I was persuaded to bring my car to their shop versus the one that I said I had wanted. They said that their mechanic wasn't busy & could look at it right away. The next day the mechanic called & told me that he thought that it was the ignition & it might be a recall issue that only a GM dealer can fix. I was charged $85 for 1st tow, $75 for diagnostic, $85 for the 2nd tow to GM dealer. It cost me 245 total & my car was still not fixed. The GM dealer replaced intake & exhaust camshaft which was not an ignition issue. I asked Kozloski if they would consider refunding me for one of the tow charges, that I felt mislead that they were capable of fixing my car. They have not returned my call so I take that as a "no". BTW, the 1st tow was 1 mile from their shop and the 2nd tow was 7 miles, less than 20 round trip, for $170.

I am making a 2nd review for Kozloski towing to offset my original review. They did agree to give a refund on one of the tow charges and I now feel that I was farily charged for the services received. I am very pleased.
