Great shop! Everyone I know who's been there know says good things. I commute an hour each way to this town, daily, and they've made special efforts to get me "unstranded" in a hurry.

This shop came highly recommended. They are always couteous and fair. I have seen them admit mistakes in the waiting room, I have seen them tell customers it is a minor repair (when other places I've been would perform, (and more importantly charge)for an expensive unneccesary repair.

Scott & Glen do great work. They are very respectful of my wife and do not talk down to her-she really appreciates that! I have such respect for Scott's opinion that my daughter calls him 'God'-I always accept his opinion about buying a used car. We've taken every car and truck we've ever owned to them for the last 23 years. They are the best.

I drive 45 miles (1 way) past many other car mechanics to bring our cars in. They're the best mechanics I've ever had. I recently asked them to check out 2 problems the local dealer said needed "immediate attention"--at the estimated repair cost of $2000. Sullivans II fixed one problem for almost nothing, and said the other was something to keep an eye on, but could possibly not need repair during the life of the car. They also sell used cars--have a small lot with Hondas and Subarus. Just bought a Honda Civic for my daughter. Would have paid more to buy from them just because of the trust factor. Really appreciate these guys.

They are incredible. We pulled in on a two day out-of -state trip with a headlight and tail-light out. We were facing a three hour drive home through stormy weather that night. They took us in, immediately fixed the problem and sent us on our way with an incredibly small bill in less than 20 minutes. I wish I lived near them... they'd get all my business.

I was towed to this shop from the interstate back in 1996 on a trip from Chicago. My Toyota died from an electrical issue that I had already had worked done on by my shop in Chicago THREE times. Sullivans checked it and figured out the problem right away. The ignition coil was bad and the guy there told me that with electrical problems on Toyota, to always use Toyota replacement parts. My shop had used aftermarket parts. I've had Toyota's since then and this advice has saved me soooo many problems. I am so grateful to them for sharing this simple advice and getting me back on the road to enjoy my trip. Never had problems with that part again after they worked on it. Also, the price was unbelievably good. I paid several times more to the other shop and they never did fix it right. They're no longer in business now! Baraboo, you're lucky to have a great shop like this in your area.

Great service and pricing. Once, Glenn evaluated the "check engine" light when it appeared on my dash. He explained that it was not a concern and cleared the light at no charge. Another time I had winter wheels/tires shipped to Sullivan's Two for installation on my car. They found that the shipper had sent the wrong lug bolts. Despite extra work that this caused them, they did not charge extra even though it would have been fair to do so. All of my experiences with this garage have been great.
